Basil has a warm, spicy, herbal aroma that brings a feeling of calm. Basil is commonly used in cooking to add a fresh, herbal flavor to meats, pastas, and entrée dishes. It is also cooling and soothing to the skin. When diffused, Basil’s invigorating and energizing aroma is a good oil to use while studying.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
